Evidence-Based Assessment of Explosive Strength and Power Performance

Balance and coordination testing evaluates an athlete’s ability to maintain postural stability, control body movements and coordinate actions accurately. These tests help assess static and dynamic balance, movement control and hand–eye coordination to support athletic performance analysis and evidence-based training.

KEY BENEFITS ✓ Assess static and dynamic balance
✓ Evaluate postural stability and body control
✓ Measure movement and hand-eye coordination
✓ Monitor changes in performance overtime
✓ Support sport-specific assessment and research

   What is Balance Testing ?

Evidence-Based Assessment of Balance and coordination performance

Balance testing is a test used to measure a person’s ability to maintain body balance while standing, walking, or performing different movements. It helps us understand how well a person can control their body and maintain stability.
Example: Standing on one leg or standing with eyes closed

   What is Coordination Testing ?

Coordination testing is a test used to measure how well different parts of the body work together to perform movements smoothly, accurately, and in a controlled way.
Example: Throwing and catching a ball or touching the nose with a finger.
