Balance , How to improve Balance in Sports ?

The means of balance is stability for the duration of an object. Mostly the balance of the object depends upon the center of the gravity. If we try to balance one scale on the fingertips then we require the center point of the object, it is the point where the object will be divided in equal weight on both sides. Same in the case of measuring apparatus, if equal weight is put on both sides of the weighing scale then it will be balanced. Body balance also plays an important role in our life. If a person stands straight on one leg and spreads his both hands sideways then he can balance his body to maintain center of gravity. Three human body parts maintain balance that is Eyes, Ears, Muscles and Joints. Balance of a person also depends upon the body weight. If a person weighs more, he will be more stable in standing position but if the position of the body is sideways then balance will not be controlled. The person will fall down. If a person has normal BMI then his control on all the directions will be equal. Most of the time we have seen, if a person stands in a stationary position on one leg like “Vrikshasana” then he closes his both eyes and makes balance then it’s very tough to maintain balance for a long duration. It means our eyes control the balance. The main picture behind this situation is from the birth we learn the thinks to watch them so we easily make control to feel or realize to watch the situation. On the other hand joints also help us to maintain balance. If a person’s joints are not fixed properly then stability of the person will not for a long duration, as it is in case of muscular strength, if a person’s muscle is weak then he will not be stable for a long period in a position. Balance is a very critical situation for a heavy person. Balances are so many types just like balance of the eyes, balance of the ear and the balance of the whole body. Balance of thoughts is also most important in society. We have seen every one make friends of their own choice .Few people like us and few dislike but dislike also the same as the like. Those are the dislikes for us, they are also of the like of some one. It means that all are the balance of the thoughts. If our thoughts are similar and we think around a point then we are good friends. Balance of the body also depends upon the weight and the balance of the body decides the society of the Human being. Healthy people are not like smart people, everyone likes to make friends with good personalities. In other words, when you ask someone how you should be your partner, the answer is the balance. If we talk about the meal then the answer also for the taste is balance. Balance of the body totally depends upon the weight and the center of gravity of an object. When we see the few objects that are heavy and take space on the earth then this theory will be clear, a heavy object is more stable on the earth in comparison to a lighter object. In the wrestling when a wrestler fall on the earth then he lay down on the earth to make balance of the body and their body become more stable in comparison of air stability, Other wrestler not hold him tightly and not able to pull up from the earth in the there that main cause is their balance with the center of gravity. If anyone wants to improve their balance than he have to start from the basic exercise of the balance. First of all hold any object and stand on one leg then try to be stable in this position for a while then loosen the grip on the object and try to make balance without the object. A person can take support of the wall to make balance. This practice should be continuing for ten to fifteen days. Main important work of balance with neuromuscular coordination. Our mind sends a message to the muscle to control the body weight and hold on to this situation for a time. Yoga is the best practice to make the body balance. From the small age a person should practice to make balance because that time body is more flexible and it’s easy to learn the balance in that age.
