What is conditioning ?
Conditioning is a type of training. The main purposr of the Conditioning is is to develop physical and psychological components of players. Team coaches play very important role to improve the performance of player in Games and sports. This training is based on the main three points.
1. Exercise
2. Diet
3. Rest
“The purpose of the conditioning is to develop the muscles , improve balance of body and increase mobility of the joints. It’s also improve Neuromuscular coordination of players and it’s the key of success during competition.”
What is Cardiovascular Endurance?
The term cardiovascular is related with the heart and the blood vessels of the body and endurance means a power of performance in challenging time periods.
Flexibility can judge the bending movement and the motion. In other words, we can say the range of the moments from a point to another point.
It is the ability to move quickly and fast from one direction to another direction.
It is a gap of timing between the stimulation and the movement of objects.
Muscular power is the power of the muscle which generates power to complete a task.
The means of balance is stability for the duration of an object. Mostly the balance of the object depends upon the center of the gravity.
Explosive strength is also depending upon the combination of muscle and the mind. In explosive strength we require speed strength to complete the movement.
