                                            What is Gyan Mudra:-

 The meaning of the word “Gyan” in English is Knowledge. Lot of people   described that , this mudra improved knowledge and energy of human  being. This mudra was used by Indian Spiritual Load (Guru ) such as Guru Nanak dev, Buddha , Osho. Thumbs shows to the Fire and Index Finger Related with the Air so in Ayurveda its called Vaayu-Vardhak Mudra. The reality of the picture is totally different. Lets see,

In this Mudra tip of Thumb and the tip of  Index Finger join to each    others. 

 Causes and Results.

1. On the base of Index Finger is Mount of the Jupiter and Jupiter is the Guru, Teacher and Load of Light.

2. When we join the Thumb and Index Finger than Its Make Zero, so All earth is also in the shape of the Zero.

3. The Total amount of energy on the universe is Zero.

4. There is two types of Energy in the object that’s is Negative Energy and the Positive Energy.

5.  In human body energy work in form of Chakra.

6. The Upper Chakra on Mind is Crown and Lower Chakra is Root Chakra.

7. Its means, control the energy cycle between Crown and root Chakra.

How to Perform Gyan Mudra

To perform the Gyan Mudra, First of all sit in any comfortable position. Your Backbone should be straight. Your both arms in resting position on the thigh and straight towards knees. Your elbow on the edge of the knees. Now fold your Index finger and the thumbs to join together. There is no pressure between the tip of Index finger and the thumb. After this position close your eyes and feel your breathing. Now you try to sit calm for 2  to 5 minutes. After two week you can improve this practice and time.
