What is Udan Mudra

This mudra is made with the help of four finger that is Thumb, Index finger, Middle finger, Ring Finger. This is made up of Fire, Air, Space and Earth.

Causes and Results.

1. When we practicing this mudra than pressure is increasing on the acupressure points of eyes and pituitary gland.

2. This mudra pressure on lungs also because in this mudra we also practicing Apan mudra.

HOW TO PERFORM UDAN MUDRA

To perform the Udan Mudra, First of all sit in any comfortable position. Your Backbone should be straight. Your both arms in resting position on the thigh and straight towards knees. Your elbow on the edge of the knees. Now fold your Three finger and thumb. Little finger will be straight in this mudra only tips of  Ring, middle and Index finger will be press the tips of the thumbs .
