What is Dhyan Mudra

In English Dhyan Means is Meditation and its mean focusing on a object. This is the state in which a person must be sit calm and control on the emotion or thoughts. In this mudra both thumbs join together and they are representative of energy.

1. Thumb is the symbol of the brain and the brain control the whole body.

HOW TO PERFORM DHYAN MUDRA

To perform the Dhyan Mudra, First of all sit in any comfortable position. Your Backbone should be straight. Your both arms on the naval. Right hand should be up on left hand as shown in the picture.  Now join the tips of both thumbs and pay attention on the breathing.
