If its first time or beginners than start with light running, walking, exercise and yoga minimum 40 to 60 min in a day. If it for intermediate than it should twice in a day (Morning and Evening).If its for the the experts than time will increase 2 hours and twice in a day with different exercise planning (General and specific).
Workout and warmup is two different platform. Our body need rest to prepare again for workout so one day in a week should be rest or light warmup can do on last day of the week.
