What are Piles?

Piles is an Anus Disease. In this disease anus and rectum veins start swollen. This disease mostly very common in the age of 40 to 50 years. In this disease a person feels abnormal tissue growth around the anus.  It has 4 grades. It can be occurred inside and outside the anus.

Symptoms of the Piles: –

  1. Itching around the anus
  2. Bloody stool
  3. Uneasy during passing stool.
  4. Painful Lumps in and out of anus.

 How to stop Piles in Advance Stage?

  1. Applying pressure during stool, then start take fiber diet.
  2. If stomach not empty daily after stool, start take precautions and stopped junk food.
  3. Don’t lift heavy weight.
  4. Digestion problem must be resolve soon.
  5. Keep eyes on stool hardness.
  6. Avoid Medicines and alcohol.
  7. Avoid sitting for long time on the chair.

How to recover Piles?

Awareness is the most important treatment of any disease. If a person aware about the causes of the disease than he can treatment at home.

Piles can only be cure with exercise and diet but it can only possible in early stage if piles.
