Yoga for diabetes and control Blood Sugar Level

Types of Diabetes

Type I – Body cell fail to produce Insulin.

Type II – Body cell produced Insulin, but It’s not used properly by system.

Type III – It can be start from Pregnancy time. 

Yoga for Diabetic patient.

      Start the yoga with warm up Exercise of Surya Namaskar. Yoga is based on fitness level of the practitioner so please visit to the near yoga center and practice this asana after adopt flexibility.

      1. Surya Namaskar (8 to 10 Times).

2.  Tad asana (30 sec. both legs)

3. Butterfly pose (Ashtanga Asana) 10-15 sec.

4. Bhujang asana (30 sec.)

5. Supta Matsyendrasana,  both side.

6. Urdhva Mukha Shvasana

Rest 30 sec. in Balasana.

7. sarvangasana.

8. halasana

9. dhanurasana.

10. Vipritakarni 

11. Chakarasana

Rest 01 Min in Savasana.
