What is Warmup
Before starting a physical activity a person is required to warm their body with different types of activities or exercise. It is called warmup. Warm up is two types.
In General warm up we practice all joint exercises like Running, Jumping, Skipping, Walking.
In specific Warmup we perform exercises that are related with the game skill to improve the neuromuscular coordination. In yoga before starting the yogic exercise Surya namaskar is most important to improve body flexibility. In football Zig zag running with the ball and passing improves skill and warms the body.
