In running a player runs on track or outside on the road but in dance he gives a performance inside the wall. In this condition he required more oxygen for dance practice. Zumba is also the same as dance. In the zumba exercise a person performs aerobic movement and changes the speed of the movement. This is the best movement and weight loss exercise for men and women. Stair running is a very tough exercise for old age people. They don’t have the stamina to walk on the stairs. This is also used to check the fitness level of the heart. To reduce weight and improve leg power a person required stair running twice in a week. Stair running is the moment of the whole body and more impact on the heart muscles. In stair running a lot of pain is felt by the beginner in their calf muscle. Other points are the same as we discussed in the last paragraph regarding running.
