What is Plavini Pranayama

Plavini Pranayama also called Floating Breath. In this pranayama you can breath from your both nostril or your mouth .You should touch your chin on the chest to hold the breath (Jalandhar Bandha). When we drink water from the mouth in relax way than its decrease heat in the body and we received magical power.

Sitting Position

1. To perform this Pranayama, First of all sit in any comfortable position. Your Backbone should be straight. Your left arms in resting position in Gyan Mudra on the left knees. Its also can perform in Savashana.

2. Its can perform in lying and sitting position.

3. Inhale and exhaling without a sound and in relax position of shoulders or abdomen muscles.

4. This pranayama can perform with deep breathing and with Jalandhar Bandha.
